Your commission will be 65% on each sale that you make on our platform when you sell digital products. We do payouts every month end and you should expect to receive your money within 7 business days

You get paid 65% of your sales every month end via bank transfer  for that particular month and the money should reflect in your bank account within 7 business days  and ensure you entered the right account number.

Yes you can but please contact us first before you do so we can negotiate the commission with you .We haven't configured our marketplace to sell physical products yet that is why we need you to let us know so we can understand what you are selling and how much will be the commission.

Here at TeachMzantsi , we ensure that our products are of the best quality and standard when they are visible to buyers. Therefore, we require that all products uploaded must have at least a minimum of 3 pictures accompanying the cover page, which is 4 in total. Your description must not be too short and vague,ensure that it is clear and understandable. If you fail to meet these requirements , we will reject your product and you will have to try again after you have corrected it.

You don't have to issue a withdrawal request.  We do payouts every month end regardless of how much you made during that year. Just ensure you filled in your account detail in your vendor store settings so we can release your payout. It may take 7 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank you use.

You can sell lecture notes, physical textbooks , summaries, workbooks and more and we allow study material from primary school all the way to tertiary.We allow digital documents to be in pdf form or as PowerPoint slides only for now

No , we don't at allow the selling of someone else's work without their consent as that constitutes copyright infringement  and should you receive multiple copyright infringement strikes , we will be forced to removed your account and all your products from our marketplace. Please ensure that whatever digital product you are selling is your own.

We allow documents to be uploaded in pdf form or as powerpoint slides only and also ensure that the document you upload corresponds with the product details you have provided.

We do not allow the selling of assignments or any study material that promotes cheating or helps another student get access to answers. Here ,at TeachMzantsi we adhere to a strict policy that supports the selling of study materials that assist one's understanding of a subject or module. Terms and Conditions

Once you are successfully registered and approved by admin Go to the menu icon and go to your vendor dashboard. Click the products section and and the box icon in order to add products and fill in the product details and submit for approval. Once accepted, the product will be available for purchase

We have tutorials made available for you just go to the  menu section of the site and you will see the videos on tutorials page or go to our YouTube channel to also view the videos  as they explain the basics of the site

Yes ,you can request for a refund and you can only request for it should the product be damaged or defective and the vendor is unable or cannot replace the document or somehow refuses to replace it. For more information, please visit out terms and conditions.

The shipping process will be done by the vendor . As admin , we will contact the customer on your behalf and give you the necessary information needed to ship the product.Our courier company will be PAXI which is commonly used because PEP stores are  popular and found in many areas.Shipping Cost is R60 and it takes 7 -9 days for the customer to receive the product. Once the customer has confirmed they have received the product ,we will then do your payout month end.
